Order Shipping & Return Policies

CANCELLATION
After an order has been placed on our website and you have received confirmation from us, you have the option to cancel the order if it was placed inadvertently. This can be done within a time frame of 3 hours from receiving the confirmation by sending an email to info@spaciocollections.com with the word "Cancellation" and reference of the order number and date after which the orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
In case of any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible for assistance.

RETURN POLICY
We do not offer returns or exchanges for products purchased from our e-commerce website, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us within 3 hours of receiving the order. To initiate a return for a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer support team with your order details, photographs of the product, and a description of the issue. Our team will review your request and provide instructions on returning the product.

The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags and accessories. Once we receive the returned product and verify the defect or damage, we will offer you a replacement of the same product (subject to availability). If the product is not available, a full refund will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned product.

INSURANCE
The Company insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any good delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by the company. If the shipment package has been received by you in a damaged condition, the same should be mentioned in the delivery note as the shipment is insured. Kindly contact our support team immediately and report the same along with the photograph of the package.

Please note that this policy is applicable only to cases of manufacturing defects or damage during transit. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any other reasons, including change of mind.

Modification of Terms and conditions of Shipping & Returns
The company may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision would be the final decision subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement; In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
