When creating an account, you confirm: (a) not using another person's username with intent to impersonate; (b) not using a username that infringes on someone else's rights without authorization; (c) not using an offensive username at the Company’s discretion; and (d) not being a competitor or agent of the Company. Never share login information. You have the option to delete your Account, directly or through a request to us.

When you place an order on the Website, it signifies your agreement to purchase the offered product. An electronic or alternative form notification will confirm receipt of your order. Subsequently, we will process and dispatch the order. For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll confirm the order before dispatching. If Cash on Delivery isn't feasible, we'll notify you. Larger or valuable Cash on Delivery orders may be dispatched in multiple parts. If the ordered product is out of stock or can't be delivered, we will contact you to discuss options. Refunds for paid orders will be returned to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery orders won't be refunded due to no upfront payment.

In the event of injury while unpacking or using purchased products, the Company cannot be held responsible.

Notify us within 12 hours of receiving a damaged or defective product. The Company is not liable for any losses arising from unforeseeable events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the refund of charged amounts if applicable.

Under no circumstances shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, suppliers, or vendors be liable for special, incidental, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes warranty or breach of contract claims, negligence, or other tortious actions, or any other claims arising from your purchase of products or services from the Website.

Please note that product pricing displayed on the Website might occasionally result from technical issues, typographical errors, or inaccurate product information. In such cases, either you or the Company may cancel the order.

(z) shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading;
(aa) shall not, directly or indirectly, offer, attempt to offer, trade or attempt to trade in any item, the dealing of which is prohibited or restricted in any manner under the provisions of any applicable law, rule, regulation or guideline for the time being in force.
(ab) shall not create liability for Us or cause Us to lose (in whole or in part) the services of Our internet service provider (ISPs) or other suppliers;

You shall not engage in any transaction in an item or service, which is prohibited by the provisions of any applicable law including exchange control laws or regulations for the time being in force.

15. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at our discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

PRICING, COLOUR & AVAILABILITY POLICY
All prices displayed on the Services are subject to modification. Should a product be featured with an incorrect price or erroneous information due to a typographical error, pricing error, or inaccurate product details provided by our suppliers, we reserve the right to decline or annul such orders. This applies regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and the order is subsequently cancelled, we will promptly issue a credit to your credit card account for the corresponding amount.

Kindly be aware that the colours of items and products can be influenced by your monitor's settings and may not be accurately represented on your screen.

The availability of products and other items featured on the Services is subject to change at any given moment, and such modifications may occur without prior notice.

SHIPPING POLICY
Your shipping address, along with city, state, and pin code, will undergo verification prior to product shipment. Should our delivery partners be unable to fulfil your order at the specified address, we may request an alternate shipping address that our delivery partners can service. If there arises a dispute concerning delivery to the address provided by you and it falls outside the coverage of our delivery partners, the Company shall not be accountable for non-delivery. For orders already paid, the refund will be processed back to your credit card, debit card, bank account, or any other payment method used in the transaction. No refund will be offered for Cash On Delivery orders as no payment has been collected by the Company.

Depending on the order's value, products may be shipped in separate batches or consignments, with prior notification to you.

Before proceeding with the processing, dispatch, or delivery of any product or service, the Company may require you to furnish documentation verifying your identity. These documents, issued by the Government of India, may include, but are not limited to, proof of identification or residence, to validate the ownership of the payment instrument used for the purchase.

Most orders are typically delivered within 2 to 8 working days from the date of Order Acceptance. An estimated delivery period is provided based on your location during the checkout process. These estimated timelines for dispatch and delivery are indicative and not binding. The Website and the Company cannot be held accountable for meeting such estimated dispatch and delivery timelines. In instances of delivery delays resulting from factors beyond our control, we will not be held liable for such delays.

WARRANTY POLICY
Specific products offered on this Website are covered by a 'Limited Warranty' as defined in the product description of each respective product. We offer a Limited Warranty for such products against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship, applicable to ordinary consumer use. This Limited Warranty does not extend to defects, damage, breakage, or loss resulting from accidents, misuse, regular wear and tear, negligence, fire, external causes, alterations, repairs, or commercial use, unrelated to the manufacturer's materials or workmanship of the product.

The warranty period for a product is determined by the duration indicated in the product description (hereinafter referred to as the "Limited Warranty Period").

Should a defect arise in a product during the Limited Warranty Period, you are required to adhere to our instructions for returning the product. The Limited Warranty is not transferable between users or customers. Only if a customer transfers product ownership to another end user, the remainder of the Limited Warranty Period may also be transferred to the new owner.

Our maximum liability as per the Limited Warranty Policy is capped at the price of the product(s) or the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is lower.
