Mariner Furniture, Lighting & Decor Accessories in India
Mariner was founded in Valencia, Spain, in 1893 and has developed its identity through more than five generations of furniture and lighting production. The brand's history combines traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, design and detailed finishing.
Today, Mariner works across furniture, lighting and decorative products, with collections that range from established classic designs to contemporary interpretations. At Spacio, the Mariner selection brings together these different expressions for Indian interiors.
Mariner Classic and Contemporary Furniture
Furniture is central to Mariner's design heritage. The brand produces both classic and Gallery collections, allowing traditional forms to sit alongside more contemporary designs. The range includes sofas, armchairs, chairs, dining tables, coffee tables, consoles, cabinets, sideboards, beds, bedside tables, desks and other furniture for residential and project interiors.
Mariner's classic furniture is distinguished by its decorative detailing and traditional character, while the Gallery approach reinterprets the brand's heritage through more contemporary forms and materials. The result is a broad furniture language that can work across formal, classical and contemporary interiors.

Mariner Decorative Lighting
Lighting has been part of Mariner's identity since its foundation. Its lighting collections include chandeliers, ceiling lights, pendants, lanterns, floor lamps, table lamps and wall brackets, with designs ranging from highly decorative classical forms to contemporary interpretations.
Mariner's lighting is particularly suited to interiors where the light fitting is an important part of the visual composition. Chandeliers and decorative ceiling lights can define dining rooms, entrance spaces and double-height areas, while table, floor and wall lamps provide more local layers of light.
At Spacio, you can explore the broader decorative lighting collection, as well as classic lights from Mariner and other international brands.
Table Lamps, Floor Lamps and Wall Lights
Mariner's lighting range extends beyond chandeliers. Table lamps bring decorative light to consoles, side tables, bedside tables and other furniture, while floor lamps can create a stronger vertical presence within living rooms, bedrooms and reading areas. Wall brackets provide another layer of light and can frame furniture, artwork and architectural features.
These different formats allow Mariner lighting to be used as part of a layered lighting scheme rather than relying on a single central fixture. The choice between a table lamp, floor lamp or wall light can be guided by the scale of the room, furniture placement and the desired balance between illumination and decoration.

From Classic Detail to Contemporary Design
One of Mariner's defining characteristics is its ability to work across different design periods. Its Classic collections draw on established furniture and lighting traditions, while Mariner Gallery develops more contemporary products without losing the brand's connection with craftsmanship and design heritage.
The Gallery concept was introduced as a new direction for the brand, using contemporary design, selected materials and traditional techniques to create what Mariner describes as contemporary classics. This allows the collection to sit comfortably in interiors that combine heritage furniture with more current design.
Craftsmanship and Traditional Techniques
Mariner's production brings together specialists including designers, decorators, wood carvers, cabinet makers, metalworkers and assemblers. The brand states that traditional methods are combined with modern production techniques, allowing knowledge to pass through generations while the products continue to evolve.
Woodworking and detailed finishing are important parts of the Mariner approach, particularly within its furniture collections. In lighting, the same attention to proportion, materials and decorative detail can be seen across chandeliers, lamps and wall fixtures.
This combination of traditional skill and contemporary production is central to understanding Mariner: the brand does not treat heritage as a fixed style, but continues to reinterpret it through new collections.
Mariner Vases and Decor Accessories
Mariner's wider product universe also extends beyond furniture and lighting into decorative objects and accessories. At Spacio, selected Mariner pieces can be considered alongside designer vases and decor accessories when styling complete interiors.
These smaller objects can help connect furniture and lighting within a room, particularly on consoles, sideboards, coffee tables and other surfaces. The combination of furniture, decorative lighting and accessories also allows Mariner's classic and contemporary design language to be carried through an interior rather than limited to individual pieces.
Mariner for Residential and Project Interiors
Mariner's experience extends beyond individual furniture and lighting pieces to larger interior projects. The brand's official history records its work across residences, hotels, public buildings, palaces, theatres and other distinguished interiors, as well as international furniture and lighting projects.
This project experience is reflected in the breadth of the collection. A Mariner chandelier can become the principal decorative element in a formal entrance or dining room, while furniture, lamps and accessories can be used to develop a more complete interior scheme.
