Drop Chandelier Oxidized
Description
The Drop Chandelier – Oxidized by 101 Copenhagen is a dynamic sculptural lighting piece with 14 adjustable arms and gently curved shades that seem to float in space. Designed in Denmark by Kristian Sofus Hansen & Tommy Hyldahl, its form combines fluidity with precision and offers a modern interpretation of mid-century lighting.
Finished in a raw oxidised grey aluminium and brass combination, this variant emphasises texture and material honesty. Whether suspended above a dining surface or in a high-ceilinged foyer, the long 5 metre fabric cable enables dramatic drop heights and a bold presence without overwhelming the interior.
Each arm can be adjusted to tailor the silhouette—opt for a balanced symmetrical layout for calm elegance or an asymmetric form for expressive character. With a quiet confidence in its design, this chandelier brings both artistry and functional light to refined living spaces.
