Lars 1000 by Dik Geurts from the DRU collection is a freestanding wood-burning fireplace with an integrated baking oven, designed for contemporary homes and luxury living spaces.

The Dik Geurts Lars 1000 combines an authentic wood fire with an unusual multifunctional design. Above the large front viewing window is a separate compartment concealed behind a removable door, which can be used as a baking oven for preparing simple dishes while the fireplace is in use.

Its clean vertical form and compact footprint make the Lars 1000 easy to integrate into contemporary interiors. With an efficiency of 82% and a heat output range of 4–7 kW, it combines effective heating with the atmosphere of a genuine wood fire. The natural vermiculite interior supports efficient combustion, while external combustion air can be connected from the rear or base.
