Planika Fire Line Automatic 3 (FLA3) is an indoor bioethanol insert burner and the world’s first intelligent fireplace powered by patented BEV® (Burning Ethanol Vapours) Technology. Designed for modern architectural interiors, it delivers a real flame experience using eco-friendly bioethanol fuel while producing only water vapour and a minimal amount of carbon dioxide. With no chimney, flue, or air supply required, FLA3 offers complete freedom in fireplace design and installation.

BEV® Technology is an advanced combustion system developed by Planika’s team of international engineers. The entire process is fully automated and controlled by a microprocessor. Bioethanol is stored in a hermetically sealed fuel tank and only a small amount is transferred to the vapour generator when the fireplace is activated. The fuel is converted into vapour and then burned, ensuring that the flame never comes into direct contact with liquid fuel. An insulated fuel tank, cooling fans, and a dedicated combustion chamber maintain safe operating temperatures throughout use.

The intelligent control system continuously communicates with multiple sensors throughout the fireplace, monitoring performance and safety at all times. Users receive audible alerts and notifications through the mobile app if any operational issue is detected. Remote operation eliminates the risk of manual errors while ensuring a safe and convenient fireplace experience. BEV® Technology creates real flames without smoke, soot, ash, or exhaust gases, allowing installation in a wide variety of residential and commercial interiors.

Multiple Safety Sensors & Alerts: Seismic activity and tilt sensor, 3 temperature sensors, 3 spillage sensors, fuel level sensor, 2 overfill sensors, device lock, internal pump time protection, watchdog system in the microprocessor, and limit switch in the DC socket.

Automatic Refill System: The dedicated automatic refuelling pump fills the fuel tank quickly and safely. Once the tank reaches the optimum level, sensors signal the microprocessor to stop the process automatically. Fuel levels can be monitored at any time through the mobile application, eliminating the risk of overfilling or fuel spillage.
