A luminous halo inspired by moonlight, the Plena Suspension Lamp by Eugenio Gargioni & Guillaume Albouy for Foscarini combines soft diffusion and reflective intensity. Its special dual-layer PVC canvas screen diffuses ambient light upward and reflects downward, creating an enveloping glow without glare.

Handcrafted in Italy, the lamp features a white-painted aluminium frame and a central COB LED module hidden behind a polycarbonate shield. The transparent cable suspension enhances its floating, lightweight presence, making Plena perfect above dining tables, large seating areas, or in spaces needing elegant yet dramatic ambient lighting.

Plena is designed to illuminate a room completely while remaining soft and welcoming. Its mix of material transparency and shape embodies Foscarini’s thoughtful balance of performance and poetry in lighting.
