Nagel Candle Holder Solid Brass Single by STOFF Nagel is an iconic modular solid brass candle holder with a sculptural 1960s design for modern and minimalist decor.

Created in Cologne in the 1960s by architect and designer Werner Stoff for Hans Nagel, the iconic candle holder traces its distinctive form to an impression made in snow. After a fall during a skiing trip in the Alps, Nagel noticed the symmetrical marks left by three fingers. Stoff transformed this idea into the ingenious three-legged, stackable system that allows individual pieces to become larger sculptural compositions.

Made from solid brass and left untreated, this edition develops a natural patina over time, giving the surface an evolving character unique to each piece. Display a single piece with a taper candle or connect several Nagel Candle Holders to create personalised arrangements for dining tables, coffee tables, consoles and other modern or minimalist interiors.
