Seagulls Calcedonio Murano Sculpture

Seagulls Calcedonio is a handcrafted Murano glass sculpture by Zanetti, capturing two seagulls in flight through sweeping, sculptural forms in richly coloured Calcedonio glass.

The flowing wings are shaped in layered shades of amber, violet, red and smoky tones, creating a sense of movement and lightness. The transparent glass supports provide an almost weightless setting for the birds, allowing the expressive forms and intricate colour variations of the Calcedonio glass to take centre stage.

With its dynamic composition and elegant vertical presence, Seagulls Calcedonio makes a distinctive collectible art object for a console, sideboard, bookshelf or other prominent surface.

Zanetti Murano is an Italian glass studio from Murano, Venice, with four generations of glassmaking heritage dating back to 1956. Led by Maestro Oscar Zanetti, the studio is known for handcrafted Murano glass sculptures inspired by the natural world.

From horses, birds, fish and animals to abstract forms, Zanetti sculptures combine traditional Murano glassmaking with expressive colour, form and movement. Spacio was the first to introduce Zanetti to Indian retail and today presents the largest collection of Zanetti sculptures in India.
